At Virelio, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must still be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
