  • Expedited Shipping: Available in select regions, with pricing shown at checkout

5. Delays & Issues

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived, please wait 48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Virelio is not responsible for stolen items. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the shipping provider directly.


7. Address & Shipping Errors

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

✔ Double-check your shipping address before placing your order
✔ Contact us within 24 hours if you need to update your address
✔ Note that we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
